NOTE: Upon receipt of this adoption application and agreement, Rescues Unlimited (RU) will arrange a time for you to meet the pet you are interested in adopting. At the time of adoption you will sign an adoption contract, promising to spay/neuter this pet if not already done so, and you will receive a copy of all veterinary records for this pet. At the time of adoption, a nominal adoption fee will be collected, which will allow Rescues Unlimited to assist other homeless pets. You must return this pet to Rescues Unlimited if you are no longer able to keep them. This adoption fee will not be refunded if this pet is returned to us.
