Volunteer

Rescues Unlimited is always in need of volunteers to help in a number of vital roles. As a volunteer, you have the chance help save animals’ lives, improve their well-being and prepare them for a loving home. In addition to caring for animals directly, you may help with fundraising, promotional efforts to raise awareness, or in any other capacity you think will benefit our organization. Here are some ways you can volunteer with Rescues Unlimited:

Foster

We are a foster-based rescue that relies on kind, responsible individuals to take in surrendered and lost dogs or cats and care for them until they can be placed into new adoptive homes. We take in dogs and cats of all ages, including litters of puppies and kittens.

Transport

Rescues Unlimited is often in need of people to transport puppies and dogs from Gregory, SD to anywhere in South Dakota. If you are interested in transporting on an as-needed basis, please contact us.

Animal Care

All of our animals require daily care to keep them healthy and happy. These tasks include walking the dogs, socialization, giving baths, taking pictures and cleaning kennels. If you think you can help, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
